A 40-year-old pest controller named Tapas Paul from Kolkata was arrested on Sunday for allegedly molesting a woman during a protest against the rape and murder of an RG Kar PGT doctor. Preliminary investigations indicate that Paul might have been paid to create disturbances. Police sought his custody to identify the mastermind behind the incident.
