Kapil Parmar won India’s first Paralympic judo medal, clinching bronze in the men’s 60kg (J1) category in Paris by defeating Brazil’s Elielton de Oliveira with a score of 10-0. Previously, he secured a silver medal at the 2022 Asian Games and overcame Venezuela’s Marco Dennis Blanco in the quarterfinals.
