A Pakistani citizen named Shahzeb Jadoon, living in Canada, has been arrested by US authorities for planning a terror attack on Jewish people in New York City. The attack was scheduled around October 7. Jadoon used encrypted messaging apps to communicate and spread IS propaganda, highlighting concerns over the misuse of such platforms.
