Shantanu Naidu, long-time associate of Ratan Tata, bid farewell to Tata, leading the hearse carrying Tata’s remains on a motorcycle. Naidu, who started the ‘Motopaws’ venture, was personally invited by Tata in 2014 to join the Tata group. He later pursued an MBA at Cornell and returned to work for Tata Trusts as promised.
