New Delhi, Oct 4 (Inditop.com) Agatha Sangma, India’s youngest MP and minister of state for rural development, has just returned after visiting the Vatican. Insiders in her ministry say the Pope was extremely impressed that Agatha, also a lawyer, an environmentalist and an amateur photographer, had become a minister at age 27. He wished her well.
So thrilled was she by the private reception that Agatha has thrown herself even harder at work. She played an important role in organising the 50th anniversary celebrations of the launch of Panchayati Raj. That over, she is in Arunachal Pradesh campaigning for the assembly elections.
