New Delhi, April 17 (Inditop) The second phase of the staggered 15th Lok Sabha elections is scheduled for April 23. But in Manipur, the poll will be held April 22 due to a holiday on April 23, the Election Commission said. Here are some of the facts on the second phase of polls:
