Washington, Dec 21 (DPA) US health insurance reform, the top domestic priority of US President Barack Obama, cleared the first of a series of procedural hurdles in the US Senate early Monday when the chamber voted 60-40 to end debate on part of the bill, preparing for its eventual passage Thursday.
