New Delhi, Dec 30 (Inditop.com) In view of security restrictions in Connaught Place area on New Year’s eve, entry to and exit from the Rajiv Chowk Metro station will be closed after 9 p.m.
“The sale of tickets at Rajiv Chowk station will stop at 8.45 p.m. and shutters of all entry gates will be closed by 9 p.m,” a Delhi Metro official said.
“However, interchange facility between Line-2 (Central Secretariat- Jahangirpuri) and Line-3 (Dwarka Sec-9-Noida Sec-32) will remain operational till 11 p.m. No tokens for Rajiv Chowk Metro station will be issued from any station from 8 p.m.,” the official added.
