New Delhi, Jan 8 (Inditop.com) The Delhi High Court Friday issued notice to former Andhra Pradesh governor N.D. Tiwari after admitting the appeal of Rohit Shekhar, who claims to be the biological son of the veteran politician.
A division bench of Chief Justice Ajit Prakash Shah and Rajiv Sahai Endlaw issued notice to Tiwari to file his response against Rohit by Feb 9, the next date of hearing.
Rohit had challenged the single bench order of November last year that had dismissed his paternity suit on ground of jurisdiction.
