New Delhi, Jan 25 (Inditop.com) Senior Congress leader Arjun Singh is responding well to medicine and his condition is improving at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) where he was admitted with chest infection last week, hospital authorities said Monday.
“His condition is improving and he is responding well to medication,” a senior doctor at AIIMS told Inditop.
The 80-year-old politician was admitted to AIIMS with chest infection and abdominal pain Friday.
“All his vital parameters are normal. A team of doctors is observing him regularly,” the doctor added.
In the last United Progressive Alliance government, Singh was the human resource development minister.
