New Delhi, April 8 (Inditop.com) The national capital experienced a warm day Thursday with the maximum temperature hovering around 39 degrees Celsius, four notches above the average, the weatherman said.
The minimum temperature Thursday settled at 20.8 degrees Celsius, two degrees above what is the average for this time of the season.
The Met department has forecast a rise in day temperature with mercury likely to touch 40 degree Celsius mark Friday.
“The sky will be partly cloudy but temperature is likely to increase Friday,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
