Hyderabad, Dec 1 (IANS) Celkon Mobiles, one of the leading Indian mobile brands, Monday launched WIN 400 – its first-ever Windows based phone.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, the phone is priced at Rs.4,979.
The dual SIM model comes with a 1.2 GHz Quad-core processor and Windows 8.1 OS. The other features of the device include 5 MP Rear Camera AF and 1.3 MP Front Camera. The device provides full 3G support with a 4.0 WVGA display.
Backed by a powerful 1500 mAh Lithium Ion battery, the internal memory of 4GB with 512 MB RAM along with a 32 GB Expandable memory support enables seamless multitasking and provides adequate storage space.
