New Delhi, Sep 3 (Inditop.com) The gala dinner for some 40 trade ministers from overseas and top officials of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) was called off Thursday because of the death of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y.S.R. Reddy.
Commerce Minister Anand Sharma, who is hosting the two-day mini-ministerial meeting of the WTO here, mourned the death of Reddy and said a cultural programme and the dinner for the visiting dignitaries were being cancelled as a mark of respect to the departed leader.
