Mumbai: Escorts has sold its mobile value-added services company CellNext Solutions to communication services provider ValueFirst, the company said Thursday.
“We have a good buyer in ValueFirst and found it an appropriate opportunity to complete our planned reorientation towards core engineering businesses,” said G.B. Mathur, vice-president (law) and company secretary of Escorts Ltd.
