New Delhi: HCC Real Estate, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hindustan Construction Co, Friday said it has received the prestigious Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for a green building project in Mumbai, 247Park, which also has a helipad on its rooftop.
The certification, established by the US Green Building Council (USGBC) and verified by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), is the world’s foremost recognition of environment-friendly constructions.
