New Delhi, Feb 24 (Inditop.com) India’s railway budget for the next fiscal is scheduled to be presented at noon in the Lok Sabha, the lower house of parliament, Wednesday amid expectations that while passengers will be spared a fare hike, freight rates may be rationalised.
