New Delhi, Aug 31 (IANS) London-based property investment consultancy Seer Acquisitions Saturday entered the Indian market to provide real estate investment solutions through its Seer Realty brand.
“Seer Realty is a one-stop shop for Indians and shall cater all their need and requirements for any sort of investment solutions in UK,” said Seer Realty chairman Imtiaz Panjwani.
“We believe with our diversified bouquet of potential services we shall stand out of the clutter on a pan India level.”
According to the company it will diversify into various service verticals likes acquisitions, asset management, bespoke residence research, and international sales and marketing in India soon.
“We feel that this partnership is our most important one to date and we are all very excited about the venture,” said Hamilton Butcher, general manager, Middle East, Seer Acquisitions.
Butcher said that the company foresee huge potential in providing service to Indian investors who want to invest into the UK real estate market and also to non resident Indians (NRIs) based in Uk who want to invest back into India.
Currently, the London-based property investment and consultancy firm is focusing on the student accommodation in the UK which over the last few years has out performed other real estate assets.
“The largest real estate companies in the world such as Knight Frank & Jones Lang all agree that student accommodation in the UK should be in every serious real estate investor’s portfolio,”Butcher said.
The student accommodation market is maturing as universities and colleges look to the private sector to fulfill their accommodation needs.
