New Delhi, July 5 (IANS) Reliance Communications said Thursday it has filed preliminary prospectus for an initial public offering (IPO) of its subsea telecommunications infrastructure network business in Singapore.

The company said it was evaluating a potential initial public offering and listing in Singapore of its subsea business through a Singapore business trust.
The Anil Ambani-led firm lodged a copy of the preliminary prospectus with the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
Singapore market regulator Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited last month had given go ahead for the listing subject to requisite conditions being satisfied.
“The company will provide subsequent undates to the stock exchanges in due course,” Reliance Communications said in a regulatory filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
