Mumbai, May 14 (Inditop.com) A benchmark index for Indian equities Friday was trading weak in morning trade.
The 30-scrip sensitive index (Sensex) of the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), which opened at 17,267.25 points, was ruling at 17,248.85 points, 17.02 points or 0.1 percent down from its previous close at 17,265.87 points.
At the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the broader 50-share S&P CNX Nifty was ruling at 5,170.2 points, down 0.17 percent from its previous close.
Broader market indices were flat at this time.
