Bangalore: Sony Manufacturing Systems Corp has showcased six chip-based machines at the Electronica India trade event here for the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and components industry.
The hi-tech machines include a chip mounter to manufacture high precision equipment for EMS and electronic component makers, the Japanese firm said in a statement here Saturday.
