Mumbai: Brij J. Tanti, promoter of wind power major Suzlon Energy, pledged four million shares Aug 21 representing 0.26 percent stake, the company said in a regulatory filing Tuesday.
“The total shares pledged by promoters or persons forming part of the promoter group of the company after such release stands reduced at 24.27 percent,” the statement said. Total shares pledged by Tanti now stand at 1.22 percent in the company.
