Bhopal, May 9 (Inditop.com) At least 22 people were injured, six of them critically, when the bus in which they were travelling overturned in Madhya Pradesh’s Chhattarpur district Sunday morning, police said.
The bus was carrying pilgrims from Chitrakoot in Uttar Pradesh to Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh. The pilgrims belonged to Ahmednagar in Maharashtra.
“The bus overturned when its driver lost control. All the 22 passengers were injured and rushed to Chhattarpur district hospital. Six of the injured are critical. Others have been discharged after first aid,” police officer Anand Singh told Inditop.
