New Delhi, June 15 (IANS) After tasting success in solving the million dollar question of ‘what’s for lunch or dinner today’ for professionals and families in Gurgaon, Bite Club, a virtual restaurant, launched its operations in the capital on Monday.
Bite Club will provide food items like Methi Malai Paneer, Dal Tadka with Tawa Parathas and Chicken Caesar Salad within the price range of Rs.100-Rs.300 per person, with a minimum delivery value of Rs.100.
The concept of Bite Club was initiated and implemented by three young engineers Prateek Agarwal, Aushim Krishan and Siddharth Sharma.
“This was a much-awaited launch as we all know that people of Delhi love to indulge in good quality food. However, just like Gurgaon, Delhi too faces inconvenience in terms of getting access to fresh and guilt-free food.
“This launch is in sync with our mission to make it surprisingly easy to put a high quality meal on the table. We want to solve this problem for every Indian and possibly even beyond,” Prateek Agarwal, CEO and founder, Bite Club, said in a statement.
Carrying certain traits of both a restaurant and a tiffin service, Bite Club is not conventionally one or the other. Instead, it can be termed as a technology and logistics platform that efficiently connects the chefs to the consumers.
Within one year of its dawn, it has remarkably served over 25,000 meals to over 2,000 customers.
Bite Club now plans to expand its operations in the entire Delhi-NCR region within the next four to six months.
