Chennai, Oct 2 (IANS) After making religious film “Shirdi Sai” with Akkineni Nagarjuna, now veteran Telugu filmmaker K. Raghavendra Rao has teamed up with debutant Revanth to make romantic drama “Intinta Annamayya”.
Yelamanchili Saibabu, who is producing “Intinta Annamayya” and he told IANS: “The film is a modern day love story that will emphasise on the greatness of Indian culture.”
“Music will play a pivotal role in the film because for the first time we are mixing Annamayya kirtanas with Hindustani music,” he added.
M.M. Keeravani has been roped in to compose the music and has already started composing tracks for the film.
“Intinta Annamayya” will go on floors on Dussehra, Oct 24, and the first schedule of the film will start from the first week of November.
Actresses Ananya and Sanam Shetty will play female leads and the cast also includes Brahmanandam, Tanikella Bharani, Jayaprakash Reddy and Sudha.
