The man who romanced many a women on screen and mesmerized millions off it, Salman Khan has said that he is uncomfortable with kissing on screen. There has been a recent increase in the on screen kisses in Bollywood lately and every other hero and heroines have at least one of those to their name. Interestingly Salman Khan’s name does not feature in the list which has many in frenzy as to why that is.
The Bajrangi Bhaijaan who is currently busy with his upcoming flick Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’s promotional activities went on a show called M Bole Toh where in a candid interview he made this statement.
The host of the show Hussain Dalal questioned Salman as to why this is, he replied that he feels very uncomfortable kissing on screen. It is not that he feels shy, but he really does not find the need to display romance with physical love. In the earlier movies romance would be shown by symbols like two flowers touching, but today very little is left to imagination. Salman says that he does not find the need to kiss on screen yet, but when and if the need arises, he will do it then.
The show was quite an interesting one where Salman opened up a lot about his past sharing incidences about his life. It was fun to see the past side of Salman as to how he was before he became a star. Salman also shared incidences that happened during the shooting of his current movie along with Sonam Kapoor and the director Sooraj Barjatya.
Salman Khan has worked with Sooraj Barjatya before as well on movies like Maine Pyaar Kiya and Hum Aapke Hain Kaun which turned out to be huge hits for Salman Khan and his career took a huge leap from there. He will be hoping for another such milestone with this movie as well. We wish both Salman and Sonam the best for their latest movie Prem Ratan Dhan Payo.
