New Delhi, Dec 24 (IANS) Actor Shahid Kapoor did not miss out on the chance to visit Ramgarh in Karnataka, where cult film “Sholay” was shot.
The 31-year-old was in Mysore to shoot his upcoming project “Phata Poster Nikla Hero” when he got to know that the famous shooting location is nearby.
The actor took time off after the shooting and visited the spot. He managed to wrap up the trip in eight hours time.
Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi, “Phata Poster Nikla Hero” also stars Ileana D’Cruz.

Ayushmann not interested in direction
Actor Ayushmann Khurrana is not so serious about direction right now and says his love for filmmaking process compelled him to say yes to assist Shoojit Sircar on “Jaffna”.
“It’s not that I want to be a director, but I love the process of filmmaking,” Ayushmann told IANS.
The 28-year-old, who made his acting debut with “Vicky Donor”, will soon be seen in “Hamara Bajaj”.

NFDC to release ‘Gangoobai’ in January
Popular television actress Sarita Joshi starrer “Gangoobai” will come out on Jan 11 next year.
Produced by the National Film Development Corporation Limited (NFDC), the movie will see Sarita Joshi as a maid from Matheran, a hill station in Maharashtra, who harbours a dream to buy “Gara sari”.
Directed by Priya Krishnaswamy, “Gangoobai” also stars Purab Kohli, Raj Zutshi, and Meeta Vashisht.
