New Delhi, Nov 13 (IANS) “Vikas@Home”, a new online series by award-winning chef Vikas Khanna, will cater to net-savvy foodies who can learn Indian cuisine right in the comfort of their home.
Online vortal Yahoo India Wednesday announced the launch of the 52-week series through which the chef will bring exclusive recipes and fascinating stories in an immersive video experience.
Khanna’s first foray into an online show “Vikas@Home” is part of Yahoo Lifestyle.
“Vikas@Home” uses video, blogs, articles, behind-the-scenes, kitchen tutorials to create an exciting learning experience for users.
The series also has Khanna sharing tips and techniques – from chopping to plating – which add taste and flavour to Indian cooking.
“The series is developed around the belief that anyone can cook. It is meant to teach amateurs about the basics of Indian cooking, and help the experienced fine-tune their techniques,” read a statement.
The show is available on PCs, smartphones and tablets.
