Chennai, Aug 18 (IANS) Tamil actor Vikram, busy shooting for director Shankar’s “Ai”, may join hands for the first time with filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon.
“Gautham recently narrated a story to Vikram, and the actor loved it. He even expressed his interest to work with him as soon as he completes ‘Ai’, which is nearing completion,” a source from the industry told IANS.
A source close to Vikram said that Vikram had a discussion with Gautham recently.
“But we are not sure if their discussion ended in signing a movie deal. He hasn’t shared any information on the same with us,” added the source.
Vikram has spent more than a year on “Ai”, which is 90 percent complete and is slated to release soon.
