New Delhi, Jan 5 (IANS) “Bigg Boss – Saath 7” is over. What next? If you like film gossip, lend your ear to what celebrities talk on chat show “Koffee With Karan” or enjoy the comeback of dance reality show “Boogie Woogie”.
Here are a few TV shows that might entertain you:
“Boogie Woogie”: The trio of Jaaved Jaaferi, Naved Jafri and Ravi Behl are back as judges on the kids’ dancing reality show. Aired on Sony Entertainment Television every Saturday and Sunday at 8.30 p.m., the show also happens to be choreographer-director Prabhudheva’s favourite. You can catch 16 contestants aged between 6 and 14 years battling it out on the dance floor. It’s more about dance, less about drama.
“Koffee With Karan”: Gossip is the main course on filmmaker Karan Johar’s chat show. From Salman Khan’s virginity to Aamir Khan’s bedroom performance – everything is discussed on fourth season of the show. In the latest episode, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra will be seen spilling the beans on the equation with reigning actresses and more. To learn more about the showbiz and celebrities log on to Star World on Sundays at 9 p.m.
“Rangrasiya”: Have you heard of Stockholm syndrome, this new show is somewhat based on the same. The Colors weekday offering presents a love story between Bharat Suraksha Dal officer Rudra played by Ashish Sharma and a Rajasthani village girl portrayed by Sanaya Irani, who love to hate each other, but later fall in love.
“Diya Aur Bati Hum”: Among the old ones, “Diya Aur Bati Hum” is the only one that has stuck to the main theme. The drama show started almost three years back on Star Plus and talked about the aspirations of small town girl Sandhya, who wanted to be an IPS officer. And after lots of twists and turns, she has finally achieved her goal and it is an interesting watch. Catch it on weekdays at 9 p.m. on Star Plus.
“India’s Got Talent”: From Jan 11, you will get one more option – “India’s Got Talent”. The 9 p.m. weekend show on Colors looks promising with comedian Bharti Singh attempting pole dance and tickling your funny bone apart from skills displayed by contestants with stars in their eyes.
