New Delhi, July 13 (IANS) Didn’t women just love window shopping? If a new survey is to be believed, they’re doing this online.

The study, conducted by cuponation.in, a portal which offers coupons and vouchers from leading online retailers, shows that 70 percent of respondents shopped online more than three times a month.
Five out of six respondents in India admitted to using coupons while shopping.
The survey also indicates how a majority of these shoppers are women, aged between 20 and 35.
“This is due to the fact that most people in India have achieved financial independence by then, and earn their own money which they can splurge. What better way to spend money than to spend it to shop stuff online?” Sahil Shah, co-founder and managing director of cuponation.in, said in a statement.
Some of the popular online stores are Flipkart, Myntra, Jabong, Tradus, Dominos and Bookmyshow.
