Sydney, May 21 (Inditop) Six swine-flu cases have been confirmed in Australia, officials said Thursday.

Three of the victims are brothers under 12 years old, who flew home to Melbourne from the United States after a family holiday in Disneyland in California.

All six cases in Australia, including a Mexican woman visiting family in Melbourne, arrived in the country on flights from Los Angeles.

The first person to be diagnosed, a 28-year-old woman, arrived May 7 and has recovered. The second patient, a woman, has also had a full recovery.

The three boys, who returned a week ago to Melbourne, have been treated for their symptoms – as have many of their classmates in a Melbourne primary school.

Health Minister Nicola Roxon said she expected more cases.

“This changes almost hourly – we now have six cases of confirmed swine flu,” Roxon said.
