A U.S. DJ has lost his legal battle with the radio station that fired him for suggesting he wanted to sexually abuse a rival’s four-year-old daughter.

Broadcasting bosses at New York’s Power 105 axed DJ Star – real name Troi Torain – after he made the comments about competitor Raashaun ‘DJ Envy’ Casey.

Torain filed a federal lawsuit for wrongful dismissal – but the case has been tossed out after Judge Peter Leisure ruled the station and its owners Clear Channel “did not breach the employment agreement”.

Torain’s remarks prompted New York congressman John Liu to brand the DJ a “sick, racist paedophile”.

He attempted to sue Liu for defamation, but that lawsuit was also dismissed
