London, May 10 (Inditop) Folk legend Bob Dylan may collaborate with Sir Paul McCartney for a duet after he gave the nod to the Beatles star’s proposal of working together.
McCartney had announced in 2008 that working with Dylan was one of his major ambitions. And now the reclusive star has admitted that he is open to working with McCartney, reported femalefirst.co.uk.
“That would be exciting – to do something with Paul. But, you know, your paths have to cross for something like that to make sense,” Dylan told Rolling Stone magazine.
McCartney’s representatives, on the other hand, are already working on getting the pair together for the first-time ever “historic collaboration”.
“We heard this offer and we’re trying to let Paul know about it. I should think he would be very interested in hearing about it. As you can imagine, it would be a pretty major thing if it went ahead,” said one of his spokespersons.
