London, June 27 (Inditop.com) Actress Farrah Fawcett, who died Thursday in a southern California hospital after a three-year battle with cancer, will be laid to rest in Los Angeles Tuesday.

Friends and family will gather to bid their final farewells to the “Charlie’s Angels” star, who died at the age of 62, at a private funeral.

The service is being organised by Farrah’s longtime partner Ryan O’Neal and will be open to mourners by invitation only, reported contactmusic.com.

The pair’s son Redmond O’Neal, who is currently undergoing intensive drug treatment in a California prison, will be allowed to attend the event.
