The man charged with burgling U.S. actress KELLY MONACO’s apartment in Las Vegas has been sentenced to 12 to 30 months behind bars.
Merrill Wetter pleaded guilty to burglary back in June (09)
He raided the star’s penthouse at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in April (09).
TMZ.com reports Wetter will have to pay Kelly $5,000 (£3,330) in restitution, as well as $175 (£116).
Wetter has already served 138 days in Nevada State Prison.
