London, March 29 (Inditop.com) Hollywood actress Sandra Bullock will fight for custody of her stepdaughter with ex-husband Jesse James, says a report.
Femalefirst.co.uk reports that the actress has reportedly contacted legal representatives and has been devastated to find that James’s infidelity will not affect her chances of getting custody of stepdaughter Sunny. A US legal source said: “Infidelity has no bearing on custody. The most she can aim for right now is split custody, and a lot of that would have to be agreed by him.”
A close source said: “Sandra is beside herself with worry. She thought she had the perfect marriage. Now she feels that she’s at risk of losing everything. Sunny means the world to her. She loves that girl to death.”
“Sandra and Sunny have a special bond. She raised her since before she could walk. She did everything for that girl and now it looks as if she’s going to have to fight, even for visitation rights. It’s heartbreaking,” the source told Sunday Mirror newspaper:
The actress immediately left the home she shared with James when the allegations emerged that her husband had sexual relations with multiple women and has since told friends she is “devastated” by her husband’s behaviour.
