AMY WINEHOUSE has hired a faith healer to help her permanently kick her drug and alcohol addiction.
The troubled singer has flown mystic Peter Cletus Hippolyte to her native Britain from St. Lucia, the Caribbean island where she spent a lengthy stint away from the spotlight earlier this year (09).
Hippolyte has vowed to help Winehouse “avoid choppy waters” and stop her falling back into bad habits – but the 62 year old is refusing to help her win back her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil until he manages to ditch his drug addiction, too.
He tells Britain’s News of the World, “She should take time. If Blake cleans up then things will be alright if he can make her happy.
“But I told her I will not use the spirits to help her rush into anything just for the sake of it.”
