She threw a surprise party for goddaughter Dionne Bromfield at Shoreditch house Tuesday and got all dressed up for the occasion. But she was a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen as her off-shoulder barely covered her surgically enhanced chest, reported thesun.co.uk.
