New Delhi, Nov 2 (IANS) The plenary session of the Congress party will be held here Dec 18-20, party general secretary Janardan Dwivedi said Tuesday.
He made the announcement at the end of a meeting of All India Congress Committee members earlier, which Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh addressed.
