New Delhi, July 28 (IANS) The Supreme Court Wednesday stayed the trial in the Ghaziabad provident fund scam case pending before a CBI court in the Uttar Pradesh town on the capital’s outskirts.
The court stayed the proceedings after the CBI sought the transfer of the case from Ghaziabad to Delhi.
