New Delhi, March 16 (IANS) Delhi will experience a warm afternoon and sunny skies Monday – the perfect weather for Holi, the Met office said Sunday.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Monday morning will be pleasant but the day would be warm and sunny with the maximum temperature likely to hover around 33 degrees Celsius while the minimum would settle around 16 degrees.
The city experienced a warm Sunday as well, with the maximum temperature recorded two notches above the season’s average at 31.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum was a notch above the average at 15.5 degrees Celsius.
Saturday too was sunny as maximum temperature had settled at 29.7 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season’s average, while the minimum was 12.6 degrees Celsius, two notches below the seasons’ average.
