New Delhi, Nov 3 (IANS) Lieutenant Governor Tejendra Khanna Wednesday wished peace, good health, happiness and prosperity to the people of Delhi ahead of Diwali.
‘I hope the auspicious festival of lights will enlighten the minds and hearts of all citizens so that they live in mutual harmony and contribute positively towards societal and national development,’ he said in a message.
