New Delhi, Oct 28 (Inditop.com) The national capital Wednesday recorded a further drop in the mercury and Delhiites don’t seem to mind the sneezes and coughs which have tagged along with the change in season — they are enjoying the weather to the fullest.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the minimum temperature recorded early Wednesday was 13.5 degrees Celsius, about three degrees below average.
“On Tuesday the minimum temperature was 13.6 degrees Celsius and today it’s slightly lower than that. Temperatures will now continue to fall,” an IMD official said.
As the day advances, the maximum temperature is, however, expected to hover around a warm 32 degrees Celsius.
Enjoying the change in the weather, Radhika Menon, who works in a bank, said: “I love the weather now. Although it gets a little hot in the day, the evenings are very pleasant. This is the best time of the year.”
Ashok Das, an office-goer added: “A number of people at work have a cough and cold because of the change in season, but no one is complaining. The weather is simply awesome.”
