New Delhi, Feb 10 (IANS) The government informed the Supreme Court Friday that it was withdrawing an order issued Dec 30 rejecting a statutory complaint from army chief Gen. V.K. Singh seeking restoration of May 10, 1951 as his birth date instead of May 10, 1950.
