Shimla, Dec 26 (IANS) Keylong in Lahaul and Spiti district in Himachal Pradesh shivered Wednesday at minus 9.3 degrees Celsius.
A weather official told IANS that snow was expected in the higher reaches of the hill state.
Kalpa in Kinnaur district saw a low of minus 1.6 degrees Celsius. It was minus 2 degrees Celsius in Manali.
