New Delhi, Sep 9 (IANS) Indian Foreign Minister S.M. Krishna arrived here Sunday after a three-day visit to Pakistan that he described as “fruitful”.

On the last leg of his visit, Krishna spent a day in Lahore, where he met Punjab province Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif as well as Punjab Governor Muhammad Latif Khan Khosa.
He also visited the Data Durbar shrine and the Minar-e-Pakistan, a tall monumental minaret. Krishna became the first Indian minister to visit the latter.
The minister arrived in Lahore Sunday from Islamabad where he met his Pakistani counterpart Hina Rabbani Khar Saturday. An agreement on a liberalised visa regime was signed by him and Interior Minister Rehman Malik.
