New Delhi, Dec 26 (IANS) The national capital saw the temperature rise slightly Wednesday with the maximum at 18.3 degree Celsius, two notches higher than Tuesday but two notches below average for this time of year.

Fog conditions were also better, bringing reprieve as flights took off on time after three days.
Visibility at 8.30 a.m. was 1,500 metres.
Wednesday night visibility is likely to drop to 500 meters, India Meteorological Department said.
The minimum temperature early Wednesday was 7.8 degrees Celsius, average for this time of year.
Thursday is likely to be partly clouded, with maximum and minimum temperature likely to be around 19 and 8 degrees Celsius.
