New Delhi, Sep 14 (IANS) It was a sunny and humid Saturday in the capital as the maximum temperature settled three notches above average at 36.4 degrees Celsius. The Met offce has forecast similar weather Sunday.
“The skies will be clear and the weather will be muggy tomorrow (Sunday) as well,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperature will hover around 36 and 26 degrees Celsius.
Saturday’s minimum temperature was 25.8 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season’s average. The maximum humidity was 90 percent.
Friday too saw muggy weather as light rains occurred in some parts of the city. The maximum temperature was recorded two notches above average at 36 degrees Celsius while the minimum was a notch above average at 25.8 degrees.
