New Delhi, Oct 31 (IANS) A shallow fog enveloped the city Wednesday with the minimum temperature settling a notch below average at 15.2 degrees Celsius.
According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the day would be clear and sunny and the maximum temperature is expected to hover around 29 degrees Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 90 percent.
Tuesday’s maximum temperature dipped two notches below average at 29.3 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was average for the season at 15.6 degrees Celsius.
