New Delhi, April 30 (IANS) A nation-wide rally will be held Sunday to express support for the passage of the Lokpal Bill ahead of the May 2 meeting of the joint panel drafting the anti-graft law.
The rally, called under the banner of India Against Corruption (IAC), will take place in several places across the country, the organisers said.
The event in Delhi would witness thousands of people marching from Jantar Mantar to India Gate at 5 p.m. Sunday, they said.
The May 2 meeting is the second of the 10-member drafting committee, which includes five ministers and five members of the civil society.
